Optimism

Okay, so for QUEST, I have to write a 4-5 minute long speech on the subject of: To Me, Optimism is... And I must say, this Optimism speech is making me quite pessimistic about it, as it has to be done by Tuesday. If any of you have any cool optimism quotes or thoughts, please comment.

    Once,a while ago, your Uncle Scott gave a card to his mother. On the outside it said: "The pessimist views the glass as half empty. The optimist views it as half full." On the inside the card read: "The mom views it as one more thing she has to pick up because someone was too thoughtless to put it in the dishwasher themselves.(Shoebox cards, division of Hallmark)

    Hey Zach,

    Have you read anything by Garth Nix? I really enjoyed his Keys to the Kingdom series and also even more...the Abhorsen series. I will be thinking of more books for your voracious mind!
